sharing a recipie

its called Mexican chicken stir fry and its quite popular in my household
INGREDIENTS:
3-4 chicken tenders
1 large green pepper chopped
1 medium onion chopped
1 large jar salsa
1 can or 1 package frozen corn
rice

First cook the chicken tenders until they are fully cooked. Cut into small pieces.
Add the chopped green pepper and onions, salsa and corn (if frozen precook). Bring to boil and simmer 15-20 minutes.
Serve over rice
