tuna or chicken casserole

1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
2 cups cooked egg noodles
1 can (7 oz) tuna or chicken, drained and flaked

2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons bread crumbs (buttered or italian)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
First you cook the noodles. Then you add the soup, milk, tuna and parsley to the noodles and mix together well.
next you add the noodles etc to a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish (I use corning wear) and top with the bread crumbs. cook for 30 minutes then let cool.

Been working on this for a week, now I can finally focus on my other projects but this was important as its for family.

tortollini soup recipe

someone easy to make and will keep you warm during these winter months. Been a fave as far as i can remember.

INGREDIANTS:
2 large cartons chicken broth
1 bag cheese tortollini
1 package frozen spinich
cooked chicken
black pepper for seasoning.

If chicken not already cook need to do so first. also need to cook up the frozen spinich.
In large pan add the broth, cooked tortollini, spinich, chicken and black pepper for seasoning.
Bring to boil then cook on simmer for 15 minutes. Then serve. Goes great with a sandwitch!

coconut pie

This is a family fave
Ingredients:
2 cups mile
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup biscuit mix
4 eggs
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combonie milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in electric blender on low speed for 3 minutes

Pour into greased 9" pie pan and let stand for 5 minutes, then sprinkle the coconut on top.
Bake for 40 minutes then cool in fridge
